Title:
Ubiquity doesn't allow leaving free space available when encrypting
  the disk

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
It only allows full encrypt disk and this also makes way to difficult
to have a dual boot with Windows.

Fedora's Anaconda installer allows you to leave some space if you want
to create a backup partition and possibly a dual boot with Windows
easily, but I haven't tested this yet.

  OS Version: 20.04
  Ubiquity: 20.04.15
