Public bug reported:
I am installing ubuntu 22 alongside Windows 11.
I am setting up an unencrypted boot partition, map windows EFI to efi.
I am also setting up an encrypted partition for root & swap.
During the installation I am getting a fatal error that grup cannot be installed into EFI.
I tried this with secure boot enabled and secure boot disabled. Both fail.
In Windows Bitlocker is enabled - but that was not a problem before.
