Title:
installing support packages in virtualized environments

Bug description:
  ubiquity hw-detect on virtualized platforms

hw-detect in debian gained ability to detect virtualization and
  install as needed

  open-vm-tools-desktop or open-vm-tools for vmware

  virtualbox-guest-x11 or virtualbox-guest-utils for virtualbox

  hyperv-daemons for hyperv

  qemu-guest-agent for kvm/qemu

Do we already install all that with ubiquity & subiquity, ideally via
ubuntu-drivers? Or do we need to merge new hw-detect into ubiquity to
  do that?
