  Executing "grub-install /dev/sda" failed

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Testing the 20201013 ubuntu and ubuntukylin iso,
  installation came up with the following error:

  ```
  Executing "grub-install /dev/sda" failed
  This is a fatal error
  ```

  Machine: Dell optiplex 380
  Mode: mbr/BIOS
  Install: manual partitioning, with or without ESP, have the same result
