  Installer crashed saying unable to write grub to sda. Was a duel boot.

Bug description:
  Recent clean installs. Windows 10 first using newest most recent ISO
  then ParrotOS newest then UbuntuDDE. DDE install lost acess to
  ParrotOS. Then tried to overight DDE with this newest ubuntu and
  install crashed as mentioned obove. I have no idea if this is a bug
  but I assume when i attempt reboot ill loose all access and I can't
  get out of the installer
