  tried installing ubuntu 21.04 from scratch on my dual-boot SSD

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  1) 21.04 hirsute hippo
  2) can't check
  3) to install ubuntu 21.04
  4) it showed a little notification box saying (Executing grub-install /dev/sda failed. This is a fatal error) and that was all.
  In the details part, the following output was present: grub-install: error: failed to register the EFI boot entry: Operation not permitted
