Alright I have a bug in the solver dumper, these actions were scheduled
by it.

Please run `apt install  libcanberra-gtk3-0:amd64`, it  seems the
replaced `libcanberra-gtk3-0t64` has inadvertently not been replaced
during a release upgrade to oracular (24.10)
