The error seems to be this

        Detected multipath support, reload maps
        Running command ['multipath', '-r'] with allowed return codes [0] (capture=False)
        161.606954 | DM multipath kernel driver not loaded
        finish: cmd-install/stage-partitioning/builtin/cmd-block-meta/clear-holders: FAIL: removing previous storage devices

Does the 64k kernel not have multipath enabled or something??

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Obtain the latest PENDING image for plucky-live-server-arm64+largemem from https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily-live/pending/plucky-live-server-arm64+largemem.iso
  2. Try to install on an arm64 machine.
  3. Installer fails with default settings, seemingly at the "removing previous storage devices" step.

  I will attach the contents of /var/log/installer on the target system
  below. Given I can reliably reproduce the error I would be happy to
  get any more required information as needed.
