No, sadly there is stuff that only ends up in the journal and this needs
to be collected separately.  The apport flow does capture it but people
manually taring /var/log/installer need the extra journal export step to
capture those parts.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Obtain the latest PENDING image for plucky-live-server-arm64+largemem from https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily-live/pending/plucky-live-server-arm64+largemem.iso
  2. Try to install on an arm64 machine.
  3. Installer fails with default settings, seemingly at the "removing previous storage devices" step.

  I will attach the contents of /var/log/installer on the target system
  below. Given I can reliably reproduce the error I would be happy to
  get any more required information as needed.
