Bug description:
  Feature Description:

  The genprotimg program already provides the functionality to not
  encrypt the SE image. This experimental feature can be enabled with
  --x-pcf parameter. Move this feature from this experimental stage into
  production to produce unencrypted, resp., generic SE images.
