[Bug 2100594] Re: libgcrypt-config binary missing from libgcrypt-bin

Hi Gauthier, I'm pasting below relevant entries in the changelog. As
you'll see, using pkg-config has been suggested after Jammy and the
script has been removed after Noble. What is requiring libgcrypt-config
and can we work on updating that instead maybe?

    + Drop debian/libgcrypt-config.1, libgcrypt-config is not shipped anymore.

    SHA3 functions > 4GB invoked in one-shot.
  + 37-doc-Update-document-for-pkg-config-and-libgcrypt.m4.patch: Suggest
