After talking about it with Aurelien from Debian, I'll just keep it as
is, since pretty much all upgrade scenarios similar to this would lead
to a broken system anyway, see https://salsa.debian.org/glibc-
team/glibc/-/merge_requests/27

Title:
  ld.so from glibc 2.41 drops symbol
  __nptl_change_stack_perm@@GLIBC_PRIVATE

Status in fakechroot package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in glibc package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  This has the following consequences:

  * Breaks fakechroot when chrooting into a system with an older libc
    -> Honestly not too much of a problem for me, the approach was very fragile
  * Renders the system *completely* unusable if the ld.so has been upgraded but not the libc, e.g. in case of power loss while unpacking libc6.deb
    -> More problematic
