  Upgrade crashed before dowloading packets

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Hi, I wanted to upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04, but it crashed right before downloading new packets.
  It made me the same thins when i wanted to upgrade from 18.04 to 22.04.

  Could you help pls?
