  * d/config.toml.in: re-enable wasm-component-ld to avoid test regressions
  * d/config.toml.in: using the new option to disable LLVM binary download
  * d/p/ubuntu/ubuntu-enzyme-use-system-llvm.patch: new patch force LLVM Enzyme
    to use system LLVM
