Title:
Ubiquity allows user to enter a Luks Passphrase that is to short.

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Ubiquity allows the user to enter a Luks passphrase during installation that is shorter that is allowed for the live user.
This causes the installer to crash.

steps to repeat: on 24.04.1 desktop live installer, choose LVM with encryption.
when it asks for passphrase enter something short like "test"
the passphrase will not be accepted and the installer will crash.

suggest changing the gui to prevent the user from entering a
passphrase that is shorter that the live user is permitted to use.
