[Bug 2094285] [NEW] cpuid.py lack of 0xa06d1 on checkbox-4.2.0~dev160

Public bug reported:

The cpuid.py is short of Intel GNR cpuid 0xa06d1 on stable
release(checkbox-provider-base_4.2.0~dev160) and ubuntu 22.04/24.04, but
edge release(checkbox-provider-base_4.3.0~dev44) already fix it.

Please help to merge the cpuid.py of edge release into stable release as soon as possible, thanks.
