[Bug 2093802] [NEW] Software Update software-properties-gtk install button disappear

I have seen few times where by 
as a user 
when i run software updates and deselect all or some packages and then select at least one again 
then the install button is still missing and so updates cannot be performed. 

Screen attached to show the window with some updates selected but cannot
be acted up on.

         Status: New
