[Bug 2095161] [NEW] unable to install GRUB in /dev/sda

Public bug reported:

while installing ubuntu for dual boot, as it was downloading updates, it
abruptly stopped and showed "Unable to install GRUB in /dev/sda" and
that was a fatal error. and this has seen caused my system to be unable
to boot windows.
