Cannot file proper MPs because repos under ~ubuntu-core-dev do not
currently have *-noble branchs:

Bug description:
  There is a newer GRUB in Noble than cd-boot-images-* contains.

  These intermediate packages were finally removed in plucky, but
  unfortunately this manual step will be required in >=Jammy and <Plucky
  going forward.
