Our daily image has more than doubled in size since this time... we're
actively working to reduce it. Closing this out as WONTFIX.

Bug description:
  It would be good to have IME for japanese, and likely other languages,
  when selecting the language from the installer grub menu, so that
  remixes like the japanese remix don't have to be created.
