Normally, packages would be synced from Debian Unstabled to the Ubuntu
development release. Though it doesn't seem to have been picked up
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/automake-1.17)
I don't know if there is some special case regarding this package,
because it looks like the source package has changed name with the
newer version but it still offers the same binary package.
