Screenshot of the "Restart Required" icon. Is this icon supposed to be
blue? Even if it is supposed to be colored to alert the user, the style
does not match the Yaru indicator icon style).

Title:
Incorrect Icon for "Restart Required" in Gnome Shell Status Area
Status in update-notifier package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
The icon for the "Restart Required" indicator in the Gnome Shell Top
Bar (top right area of the Gnome Desktop) is incorrect. The icon is a
very old gnome icon (may be Humanity or hicolor?) and it has never
been updated to match the Yaru theme's monochromatic icons.
