I suggest going into some more detail as to _why_ the container stack is
being updated; what is the impact to users of not granting the SRU and
hence not enabling the other SRUs.

Sadly this is not true for plucky, 1.24 even is plucky's default Go
version so we need to have a look at what the regression potential for
that is, and the rationale for updating 1.24.2 to 1.24.4.

In particular 1.24.3 and 1.24.4 include security fixes compared to the
1.24.2 version included in plucky's releae pocket. This should be
coordinated with the security team: I'm sure they will want to release
that update to -security and perform their usual no-change rebuild of Go
binaries.

     releases, which requires new version of golang compiler. The containers stack will be updated in
     focal, jammy, noble and oracular so we need golang-1.24 as well.

  [Test Plan]

   * Install golang-1.24 in affected version
   * Add /usr/lib/go-1.24/bin to PATH
   * Build a Go package, for example the runc-app. The result should be successful.
     + git-ubuntu clone runc-app
     + replace golang-1.23-go with golang-1.24-go in d/control file
     + replace /usr/lib/go-1.23/bin with /usr/lib/go-1.24/bin in d/rules file
