[Bug 2116886] [NEW] dpkg-source fails to unpack broken symlink

Public bug reported:

libreoffice_25.2.5~rc2.orig-yaru.tar.xz contains a broken symlink `yaru-theme.update.xml`.
It seems that unpacking this file fails and the follow up error is shown.

This currently blocks libreoffice builds for questing on arm64/armhf.
