[Bug 2117209] [NEW] VirtualBox does not work after kernel update from 6.11.0-29 to 6.14.0-24

After updating Ubuntu 24.04 kernel from 6.11.0-29 to 6.14.0-24 Virtual box gives error when I try to start any VM.
The error message is "VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode".
If I reboot the machine with the previous kernel (6.11.0-29) it runs OK.
It seems to be a conflict between KVM and VirtualBox, but before the update both virtualizators worked fine.
