Public bug reported:

For Questing a move to RVA23 is planned (LP #2116086). The sequence of
activities should be:

* Set gcc-defaults to gcc-15.
* Test the RVA23 changes in llvm and gcc-15 in a test archive. (Modified GCC-15 and LLVM-20 are currently building in a ppa.)
* If the partial archive rebuild is successful, proceed with the GCC-15 and LLVM-20 changes in the main archive.
* Rebuild the archive.

Besides failing to build the gcc-15 15.1.0-10ubuntu1 upload of gcc-15
already changes the -march default to RVA23 and would directly effect
archive builds. This does not matched the planned sequence above.

Please, remove gcc-15 15.1.0-10ubuntu1 from questing-proposed.

** Affects: gcc-15 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
