  Update the Ubuntu server seeds with the following:

  * move `screen` to a supported seed. no longer in meta
  * drop `byobu` to universe, removing from all seeds
  * cloud-guest-utils, drop from seeds. listed as a dependency of cloud-init, so it will remain in main without explicit seeding, and be pulled in for use with any cloud-init based system (which is pretty much all Ubuntu installs at this point)
  * dirmngr, drop the seeds. it's a requirement of gnupg, which is seeded. it'll end up staying in main on its own without explicit listing
