I think I can upload risc-v as well know, the u-boot we are depending on
for risc-v is already in updates, only arm64 was a problem which is not
relevant for cd-boot-images-arm64

Bug description:
  This isn't really a regular SRU, the bootloader assets in question are
  already part of noble and tested, these packages are just technical
  debt in the process of being eliminated.
