main culprit here is "chmod" command not present due to which "sudo apt
update" command giving error of "GPG error:
http://in.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-updates InRelease: Unknown
error executing apt-key",and this reflects the error on "update-
notifier-common" package installation
