After desintalling as much as possible ubuntu-advantage, do-release-upgrade still stopping on :
the fact that etc.update-manager.release-upgrades as been change from 
Prompt=lts to Prompt=normal, as suggested by do-release-upgrade itself !
mtime.conffile..etc.update-manager.release-upgrades: 2025-06-05T12:32:09.319491

Do I have to re-install the entire system for that simple anoying bug ?

Bug description:
  -- using software-manager to deactivate ubuntu-pro and any ESM option ; do-release-upgrade fail with "Après la mise à jour de vos informations de paquet, le paquet essentiel « ubuntu-minimal » n'a pu être localisé" ...
  --Then using sys.cmd canonical-livepatch to disable + reboot + snap remove-canonical-livepatch , still failed to upgrade.
  -- then maunaly reinstalled "ubuntu-minimal", release still failling on "unable to find 'ubuntu-minimal'"

  So what solution to go back from LST+livepatch to normal release on
  ubuntu 24.04 ?
