[Bug 2113982] [NEW] Impossible upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu upgader (both graphical and 'do-release-upgrade') cannot
successfully upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to Ubuntu 24.04. It fails due to
'unresolvable problem'. The advice to uninstall packages not provided by
Ubuntu seems irrelevant! I don't have anything installed from PPA and
temporary removed few external tools available - VirtualBox, Dropbox,
and few others. Still no any move and no any useful log information
helping understand the issue (its source).

Adding details about conflicting packages (eventual source of the issue
and/or other info) would be appreciated. Discussing particular issues
may help identify missing logs and criteria to dump them.
