Title:
  22.04 Ubuntu Software Secure Boot dbx update reappears after restart

Status in fwupd package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in fwupd source package in Jammy:
  New

Bug description:
  I was recently offered a secure boot dbx update through Ubuntu
  Software. Installing it prompts to restart, but when the OS boots
  again the update is offered again.

  The update shows as 466 -> 20241101

  I dual boot with Windows sometimes and it's very possible that update
  was applied by a patch of theirs.

  snap-store 41.3-72-g80e7130
  Ubuntu 22.04.5
