      1.7.2
    - d/p/ubuntu/ubuntu-libgit2-downgrade.patch,d/p/series: Revert
      version of libgit2 used to build libgit2-sys to 1.7.2

Bug description:
  Older supported releases of Ubuntu are missing newer rustc versions,
  leading to issues such as LP: #2100492.

  To remedy this, it is necessary to backport rustc to all applicable
  Ubuntu releases. This shall be done by starting at the newest release
  missing a particular rustc version, then working backwards from there.

  Backporting rustc-1.81 to Noble, Jammy, and Focal will allow
  backporting rustc-1.82 to those series afterwards.
