You have disabled the main component (and restricted) of Ubuntu, leaving
only universe and multiverse updated. Don't do that. This renders you
unable to upgrade, and you missed out on all the security and critical
bug fix updates released for packages in main and restricted.
Likewise you also disabled the noble-updates and noble-security pockets,
preventing you from getting any updates.
