Hello Yao,
I think the above PR fixes the issue.
I have a subiquity test snap built in latest/edge/lp2114780-oem if you
would like to test the result on Ubuntu Server? You will need to pass
the following autoinstall directive since OEM metapackage installation
is disabled by default on server:
```
oem:
install: true
```
And would you also check the inconsitency in Ubuntu-Oem-Kernel-Flavour
for oem-somerville-treecko-meta?
Thank you!

Bug description:
On certified systems, subiquity could find a oem metapackage for the
system, but it uses the name as part of kernel metapackage name as a
whole (e.g. linux-oem-somerville-treecko-meta-24.04 instead of linux-
oem-24.04), and failed to install kernel, as seen in
/var/log/installer/curtin-install/subiquity-curthooks.conf
kernel:
package: linux-oem-somerville-treecko-meta-24.04
ubuntu-desktop-provision 0+git.6ada1bd52, rev 324
Log files under /var/log/installer are attached.
