I looked at why for other packages https://ubuntu-archive-
team.ubuntu.com/germinate-output/i386.plucky/i386+build-depends and it
looked like there were pulled in as a dependency. Another justification
is I am going to add sudo-rs to seeds, but that needs MIR first.
