[Bug 2100965] [NEW] update manage doesn't reboot the system as requested

When after the upgrade the system restart is required the popup with the
options  appears but once clicked the option to Restart Now it doesn't
happens, the popup disappear but the system doesn't reboot, gotta reboot
manually.
