pipewire-libcamera is a transitional package depending on
libspa-0.2-libcamera so we'll want to depend on libspa-0.2-libcamera
instead of the transitional package.

libspa-0.2-libcamera is already in Ubuntu main.

It looks like Tobias has been doing recent uploads, so I'll ask him to
take a look at this change.

Bug description:
  On the X13s libcamera is used to drive the internal camera. For the
  camera to be recognized in apps that make use of pipewire, pipewire-
  libcamera is required. Add it as a dependency.
