I think this binary needs to be removed too:

python3-mapnik | 1:0.0~20240222-5ab32f020-3build3  | plucky-
proposed/universe | s390x

** Changed in: python-mapnik (Ubuntu)
       Status: Fix Released => New

** Changed in: boost1.83 (Ubuntu)
       Status: Fix Released => New

Title:
  [p-m] Please remove the s390x binaries from the release pocket

Status in boost1.83 package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in python-mapnik package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in python-mapnik package in Debian:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Directly following this removal, same rationale:
  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1099637

  This *should* be the last blocker for boost1.83 to migrate. I've added
  it as an additional package on this bug report but it does *not*
  require removal, I just want to avoid other people duplicating work by
  tracking this down. (Read: I'm trying to be helpful. :)) - please also
  mark it as Fix Released when complete.

  Thanks in advance!
