  libsqlite3 Missing symlink for the base .so

Status in sqlite3 package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  When installing libsqlite3, there is no symlink included for
  libsqlite3.so ==> libsqlite3.so.0.8.6

  User must create the symlink manually for most programs to be able to
  access the library.
