The X13s is an ARM laptop which is not well supported on Noble. The
camera not at all IIRC.

Bug description:
  On the X13s libcamera is used to drive the internal camera. For the
  camera to be recognized in apps that make use of pipewire, pipewire-
  libcamera is required. Add it as a dependency.

  cheese needs libcamera-v4l2, so add that too.
