Desktop Installer or Calamares starting with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.

Bug description:
Installer crashed complaining that a "file is not owned by us, but by
user 999"
Tried to install without formatting, coming from an ArchLinux install
with btrfs.
Will try again with a full format.
