[Bug 2103540] [NEW] Add auto-completion to update-initramfs

Public bug reported:

The package initramfs-tools has the file /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/update-initramfs that adds auto-completion for the command update-initramfs. It's pretty useful to select the kernels with `update-initramfs -u -k <kernel version>`.
Dracut already has an update-initramfs command available, so it would be nice to have auto-completion for it.
