Bug description:
  the lintian package includes hard-coded information about Ubuntu
  distribution releases in /usr/share/lintian/data/changelog-
  file/ubuntu-dists and possibly other places . This volatile
  information should be carved out to and maintained in the distro-info
  package instead.
