Bug description:
SRU: backport GCC 14 to 24.04 LTS, prepared in the ubuntu-
toolchain-r/ppa PPA. These packages are based on the same versions
that are used in the oracular release.
A test rebuild using these packages was done as described in LP:
#2076024.
The gcc-14 testsuite run during the build doesn't show regressions.
