[Bug 2103900] [NEW] Add Zsh auto-completion for dracut

It would be nice to have auto-completion for dracut, lsinitrd, and update-initramfs commands working on Zsh the same way that works on Bash.
Theoretically, there is a way to use Bash completions with Zsh, but it appears to be quite unreliable.
