I'm very confused.
I ran dracut --force. Rebooted. It worked.
I then removed all my initrd files from /boot, and ran just "dracut".
Rebooted. It DID NOT work.
I then just rebooted again. I got the grub menu, bu I DID NOT select the
safe mode. Used the first menu entry as always. IT WORKED.
This is not deterministic, something is changing behind the scenes
between reboots.

Title:
go backtrace during boot, can't boot
Status in dracut package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I'm using dracut with plucky. When I reboot, I briefly see the
passphrase prompt for the disk encryption, but I don't have time to
type it completely. Midtype, the screen gets filled with a golang
backtrace, and boot stops.
The only way to boot this system (that I have found) is to edit the
grub entry and remove "quiet splash".
