Before getting this video and screenshot, I tried several boots, all
with different results. One worked just fine, graphical passphrase
prompt. The other immediately crashed before I got to see the prompt
even, and the last one didn't even reach the graphical phase, only
showing the text-based passphrase prompt, and then crashing. All these
boots with the same initrd.

Bug description:
  I'm using dracut with plucky. When I reboot, I briefly see the
  passphrase prompt for the disk encryption, but I don't have time to
  type it completely. Midtype, the screen gets filled with a golang
  backtrace, and boot stops.

  The only way to boot this system (that I have found) is to edit the
  grub entry and remove "quiet splash".
