I have found a workaround I can implement in ubuntustudio-default-
settings, which uses `systemd-inhibit` to block screen locking while the
installer is running.

Bug description:
While testing the Kubuntu Noble daily live environment my session
locked, though I never asked it to nor did I get the change to set any
  preferences, and refused to unlock.

Supposedly the default password is empty, but entering an empty
password refuses to get it to unlock. I am forced to reset the VM.

P.S. I don't know where to assign this yet.
