This is not a bug in openssl 3.0.2-0ubuntu1.19, I used `man openssl-
pkcs12` to verify. Could you please file a report in

  URLs of

  https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/jammy/man1/openssl-
  pkcs12.1ssl.html should return me with openssl-pkcs12 command line
  manual but redirects me to openssl x509 cmd line man
